We require that all clients complete a Client History & Disclosure Form prior to their booking.
Upon us contacting you, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is required for the initial appointment and follow-up appointments. This amount is deducted off your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-transferable between appointments.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

If we determine you may not be suitable, given the information you have provided on your Client History & Disclosure Form, we reserve our right to refuse the services to you.

If you have a previous Cosmetic Tattoo that we believe requires removal or lightening first, we will inform you at the Consultation.

Question 3

PRICE & PAYMENT

Accepted Answer

Upon completion of the Cosmetic Tattoo procedure, the balance is required to be paid.
We accept payments via the EFTPOS machine on the premises,  Afterpay, Direct Deposit or Cash.

Strictly NO refunds.

Question 4

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you choose to cancel your booking without medical reason, you will automatically forfeit your deposit and will be required to secure another appointment. This applies to both initial and complimentary follow-up appointments.

Please text or email to notify us if you need to amend your appointment time. We also appreciate you attending your appointment on time, out of courtesy to our therapist and clients.

If after your initial deposit you wish to cancel, your initial deposit is non-refundable, or can be credited toward another procedure.

FOLLOW-UP SESSION

Follow-up (https://www.aechstudio.com.au/eyebrows)and Refresher rates are for existing clients only.

Your first Follow-up is recommended 6-8 weeks following your initial procedure. To ensure the best results, it is essential that the Follow-up appointment is booked within 12 weeks. If you book outside this timeframe, additional refresher appointments will be charged.

RESULTS

We will do our best to provide you with your desired Cosmetic Tattoo, however healed results will vary with each individual client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process, due to many factors that determine an individual’s pigment retention - skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, etc. Please adhere closely to the Aftercare (https://www.aechstudio.com.au/aftercare-brows)Information card provided, to allow for the best results.

NO guarantees can be made, and additional touch-up sessions may be required. This can be discussed with the therapist at the follow-up appointment.

No refunds will be given for varied results.
